The Annual Meeting of Parish Electors (sometimes called the Annual Town Meeting) is not a meeting of the Council but an assembly of electors in the town. The assembly is a statutory meeting and has its own set of rules under the Local Government Act 1972. The Council has fixed Standing Orders for Meetings of Parish Electors to regulate the meetings.
