Speaking at the meeting

If members of the public wish to speak at the allocated juncture, they must raise a hand to alert the Chair. To raise a hand when following the meeting on Zoom by telephone please press *9, if the Chair invites you to speak you will need to press *6.

No person may speak at the meeting unless invited to do so by the Chair.

Recording the meeting

All persons in attendance physically or online should be aware that they may be seen, heard, or recorded.  

General Election

Owing the General Election, strict rules apply to what Councils can and cannot do and say, and for that reason, Councillors and members of the public may be asked to refrain from discussing certain matters: especially controversial matters, or any matters of a political nature. This is not to stifle discussion or debate but to ensure the legality of proceedings and decisions.  Matters falling in to this category have been deferred to the July meeting.
